About
Built by Someone Who Understands Business Systems
4Business.ca is the delivery arm of AI 4 Business™ — a Canadian company focused on building practical systems that help businesses operate more efficiently and turn more opportunities into customers.
Heather Holmes
Founder, AI 4 Business™
Heather brings more than 20 years of experience across information technology, business operations, marketing, systems implementation and automation.
She founded AI 4 Business™ to help organizations move beyond experimenting with AI and start building practical systems that improve how businesses operate.
Her approach combines business process design, CRM architecture, automation and applied AI. Before any technology is selected, she asks the questions that matter: what process is broken, what information is required, what system should exist, what can be automated, what requires human review, and what outcome should be measured.
